Kimberley takes the time to explain the process and all potential steps with the costs associated with each option. Kimberley is very prepared when in court. Don't let her friendly demeanor fool you when you meet her. While she likes to focus on collaboration and settling things out of court she will FIGHT for you in court in a professional and assertive manner. She will call out lies and misinformation. I found her supportive, compassionate and caring. My situation has become very high conflict and she has helped keep me grounded, steady and focused on the end game.

I feel like this was just a money grab. I was told I had a good case with a good chance to settle, after the first reply from the other side I wanted to drop it and file a human rights complaint myself, but she convinced me to try sending them another letter rebutting their claims, she seemed confident in a settlement. Another $1000 later the result was the same. To get any reply I had to first email and ask about it and she never even told me she was going on vacation when their reply was due! $2000 for nothing but two letters and a couple of phone calls!

Kimberly was friendly, honest about my case and actually affordable. I was looking at litigation, but she helped explain all the costs I would face, and then helped negotiate a settlement instead. I was very happy with the outcome and I didn't have to spend thousands on a law suit.
