THIS "ATTORNEY IS NOT GOOD AND I WONT NEVER RECONMEND HIM TO NOBODY. HE USED TO COLLECT BIG AMOUNTS OF MONEY(CASH ONLY) FROM VICTIMS AND HE NEVER SHOW UP IN COURT. HE ALWAY HIRE ANOTRHER ATTORNEY TO GO TO COURT. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS GUY . WHEN HE FINISHED TO COLLECT THE MONEY, HE ALWAYS TELL PEOPLE THAT HE WONT BE WINNING THE CASE.

He kept asking for more and more money as the case went on. Never signed an agreement with us and would never give me anything showing how much time he spent on the case. When I asked he said he never works that way. He just kept demanding more and more money, enough that should have paid for a long trail. Instead at the last minute without us knowing there was a decision deadline, he scared my my son into a bad plea agreement that morning in court. We thought we were paying for a trial. Certainly WAY overcharged for the job he did. Since it did not go to trail, and was only a plea agreement, he never refunded any of the thousands of dollars I had paid him. Don't hire this man.

We paid this man $20,000 and he never even showed up at the hearing! He paid another attorney who wasn't aware of the facts and I watched as they led my husband off in handcuffs. Hire at your own risk!
