I have never read truer reviews on any site. He starts off polite and great at the beginning and then begins to get angry, aggressive and disrespectful as time goes on, and he fails to do his job. He is loud and arrogant, and seems to be threatened by intelligence. He has absolutely zero communication skills, and if you express any concern or thoughts that he feels challenged by, he turns into a raving lunatic. For me he wasn’t worth getting to know.

Not sure why there are all of these negative reviews...perhaps former associates? Frank was able to get a nice settlement for a car accident and kept fighting and I received another settlement for other damages a year later! Amazing and professional and will fight for you!!!

It's 2019 and Frank Loreto needs to understand that there are consequences to his actions. The reviews here are not overexaggerated. He has absolutely no ability to communicate effectively; incompetent; rageful; rude; ill-mannered; and the icing on the cake is he isn't even a good lawyer. I strongly CAUTION anyone considering hiring him. If you have already made the mistake of hiring him, take your file to another lawyer immediately.

I seriously regret using this lawyer Frank Loreto and wish I had read the reviews online about him before I retained him - 2 out 5 - WOW, that sucks! Now I know why - he is extremely unprofessional + rude + ignorant + a rip-off + and certainly not worth a dime!!! The manner in which he speaks to people is despicable and I hope that no one ever has to experience what I and my family had to deal with the level of incompetence of this guy. Please, please do your research on a lawyer before you retain Frank Loreto. If he was the last lawyer standing - I would never recommend him. Watch out for this guy.

Stay away from dealing with this guy - he's totally unprofessional! Has no clue on how to communicate with a client. Absolutely disrespectful! I was shocked to see and hear him being openly abusive (shouting with profanity!) in front of his staff! Wonder which cave this guy has been hiding in all this while?! Stoneage Remnant!

With respect to a client who was suing the city of Toronto because a tree branch fell on his head; Frank Loreto told me "Look at this guy, he says a tree branch fell on his head. Is it true? who knbow; but if he can get some money out if it by suing the city then why not". At the time I was translating for the client during a discovery.

WARNING!! DO NOT GO NEAR THIS FIRM!! The worst lawyer experience ever. The other negative comments posted are so true! Mr Frank Loretto was supposed to represent me, yet he and his firm did absolutely nothing and never updated me. A complete waste of time. When I asked directly for an update he became extremely rude and confrontational and shouted at me like a crazy person when I tried to ask a question (I never shouted). A total sleaze ball with no class and a liar. Absolutely horrid!! Be warned there are far better, knowledgeable and courteous lawyers out there - who have far better reputations. Do your homework and check sites like this first!!

Thankfully I switched lawyers,but when I did my lawyer sent him a letter stating that I retained another counsel, and that my fees would be covered once there was a settlement. He called and threatened to sue me, claimed he didn't get a fax from my lawyer, even though I have proof. He refused to listen to a word I had to say, then hanged the phone on me, after yelling and insulting me. Worst ethical manners and unprofessional.

I went to Mr. Loreto for a personal injury file that ended up settling. He was very rude to me on a number of occasions and charged a lot for what seemed like very little work. I wouldn't go back to him for anything.

He got me a great settlement when other lawyers gave up! He has charm and knowlege to confidently handle any situation. I would definately recommend him!

I am someone who has dealt with former clients of Mr. Loreto's. Although I cannot personally rate his work, I can advise that the clients were very unsatisfied. I have also heard from reliable sources that Mr. Loreto has problems controlling his temper and has acted inappropriately with clients and colleagues. Mr. Loreto has also sued clients and other lawyers. With respect to the court case mentioned in the December 1 review, Mr. Loreto lost his case and was ordered to pay $70,000 costs to the other lawyers. In the decision, the judge was very critical of his behaviour. I am not one of Mr. Loreto's former associates, just someone who wants to warn clients to think twice about going to him.

most horrible lawyer ever. he is crazy, really really crazy. he yells and screams like a maniac. never go to him as he will ruin your file and give you so much grief that you just want to quit. he is a real life monster.
