Should have known that anyone associated with one imbecile attorney named Luigi Petruzziello has got to be an imbecile himself. That's exactly what this bozo, Chirokas is. Both took on my case. Both sucked ass.
Petruzziello, the **** that he is, did not even show up at trial. Probably in deadly fear of humiliating himself in court. Chirokas? Unprepared moron, a disaster, a real tool. Imagine having three months to consult you and obtain information and facts about the case and trial and this clown is off somewhere playing with himself to get his jollies. Do I need to discuss the outcome? These two losers are a disgrace. These guys are bumbling jackoffs. It appears that any moron can pass the MA bar. What a sham the Bar Association is. I reported both these mofos to the Bar for misconduct and negligence. Talk about a corrupt organization, that's the MA Bar. Full of ****s and degenerates, that protect filthy, unethical lawyers and completely ignore serious complaints. Total POS.

Chirokas? Complete imbecile! Here's a lawyer who goes to trial without ever speaking to or preparing his client, without attending the depositions of the case, without reading his own client's deposition. He also rejected a settlement offer without even discussing it with his client! If these are not attorney negligence, I don't know what is. He then proceeded to embarrass himself and his client in court due to the fact he had no clue what questions to ask during trial because he never bothered to collect ANY information. No cross-examination, no follow-up questions, no offense, no defense, just a total horror show in court. You could see even the judge was really puzzled by his lack of knowledge about the case and his own client. I was thinking there can't be a chance in hell that Chirokas can be a legitimite trial attorney-no f***ing way! Of course, I don't have to tell you the results. F***ing loser! Avoid like the plague or get ready to hire a legal malpractice attorney.
