Stabile law firm to the rescue. My daughter received 3 tickets in a short span of time, with an accident to follow. She was at risk for losing her license. Steve was quick to respond to my needs and helped us appropriately get dismissed the BS tickets. THANK YOU for knowing the LAW and protecting our rights.

Do not use this Law Office. Terrible personal service and the lawyers WILL NOT be prepared when you go to court. Unprofessional service to say the very least. They will take your money and do nothing to get you the best result. Lawyer showed up late to court and when I spoke to the court clerk she told me that this was one of the least respected law firms and I should file a complaint.

He charged $250 for my case and the result from the court charge another $289. But my ticket only charge 300...Why the hell do I have to pay extra 240 to hire such useless lawyer

I was VOPed. This was my second. On the first one I was sentenced to 3yrs jail. Another attorney had screwed up my case and the Stabile Law Firm drafted motion to reconsider. One of their attorneys spoke in front of the judge.
If found guilty on my second VOP I was looking at 5 yrs in jail. We had trial last week and I was found NOT GUILTY. My family and I are very happy.

I had a speeding ticket in Wall Township and was facing a suspension of my drivers license and over 10 points. I hired the Stabile Law Firm and after fighting hard for me they were able to get all my tickets dismissed. I was very satisfied and highly recommend this firm.

My experience with them was bad. They charged me inmediately $600 in front, they were always nasty, in a rush, never had time to explain anything to me. After Court, I called them to get the results but got no information. They offered to called back but they never did. I called everyday for a week and they were passing the phone call to one another and kept putting me on hold. Finally the owner Steve Stabile got the phone call and started YELLING AT ME IN A DEMEANING WAY, THE OWNER PUT ME ON HOLD SEVERAL TIMES, HE ORDERED ME TO HANG UP OR HE WILL PUT ME ON HOLD FOR TWO HOURS, those were his own words. THEN HE HANG UP ON ME. I had to call my self the township, gave them my summons# and they gave me the information at the momment, no questions asked. I WOULD NEVER NEVER HIRE STABILE LAW FIRM AGAIN. They are SCAMMERS, be very careful with them!

I was looking at jail time on my third driving while suspended offense. After firing my first lawyer who told me to plead guilty and do ten days in jail, I hired The Stabile Law Firm and my ticket was amended to failure to exhibit a valid license. I paid a $100 fine plus $33 court costs and recieved NO jail or community service. I highly recommend this Law Firm.

Lawyer sent did not give a chance for me to explain my case yesterday. Successfully quickly doubled the total court fees instead of at least making an attempt at a compromise, which means I was better off without them. Lawyer seemed unmotivated and rushed by other egagements. Will never do business with this place again!

I would not recoment this firm to any one .. in 11 days I have a plea arrangment hearing and still I have no discovery they don't respond to e maols or phone calls we have been lied to over and over and still no idea what is goin on with the casevery disapointed wish I would have read the the reviews on this firm befor I gave them any money

We were beyond dissappointed in the services that we recieved (or should I say failed to receive) from Mr. Stabile and his associates. Our phone calls and e-mails requesting updates on the status of our case were brushed off or ignored completely. When, after months of waiting for information, we went to the county clerk's office to determine what, if anything was done on our behalf, we discovered that only one of 10 documents had been filed. JWhen confronted with proof of his firm's negligence, Mr. Stabile promised the matter would "be taken care of" immediately. He then assigned the job to the least senior lawyer in the office who was not only unfamiliar with our case, but unfamiliar with the law regarding our case. Ultimately, a trip to the county Pro Se's office is what accomplished the job. I would not reccomend this attorney or any of his associates.

Misrepresented the ability of his firm. Refused to update me on the status of the case. After 4 months, when I checked with the county clerk, I discovered that none of the necessary paperwork had been filed with the appropriate authorities. Even when confronted with the evidence that the work had not been done, he continued to misrepresent his ability to actually do the job.
