I need to first of all say I appreciate giving me the opportunity to handle my case with you. It didn’t really seem to me right from the start you were interested in the case so, thank you again. I feel I didn’t get anything out of you to help me other than someone with your credentials who has more pull than me or my loan officer in the legal system. I couldn’t get you to understand the botched contract from the start and it took my bank lady having to highlight the things you missed. I must say thought you were pretty attentive on making sure you were prompt to get back with me when things needed addressed. I’m an honest man and won’t sugar coat much for sensitive people. I believe in fairness in life and want everyone to feel like they came out on top with every aspect of their lives but I also feel sorry people expect more than they deserve. I’ll say not a good overall experience, even with your secretary.

Have had a wide variety of experiences with lawyers over the years. Find it refreshing when an attorney actually has the requisite intellect to interact with on an academic level. Let's face it, to be an attorney and deal with liars and dregs on a daily basis will harden anyone's soul. In my opinion, as lawyers go, Frank is one of the very few "good ones".
