This firm has no concept of Customer Service. They have added absolutely no value to me and my family. I could have done what they have done, faster and better. Dozens of emails and phone requests for information, updates, "a plan", etc. have gone largely ignored. I would not recommend this firm. Strike that, I would recommend that you not use this firm!
