One of the worst lawyers Houston has to offer. She totally acts as if she's paying you, totally unprofessional. I think when she deals with people of color she feels she doesn't have to act professional and give us her best. That alone, is horrible. She deals with you based off of the status she gives you. I paid you.That's the status I'm on. You work for me. When I hired her, it was based on a referral. After she took the case, she admitted she had never dealt with family law. Be careful, she will pretend just to get your money. she suddenly withdrew from our case.I have to assume it was because she was clueless to what was going on, and she didn't want to be held accountable for the mistakes. She never fought for us..An attorney is suppose to be your voice in the courtroom. With her withdrawing in the middle of our case, of course that made our process even longer, due to finding a new and better attorney. She is HORRIBLE, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, WORKING THRU BLURRED LINES.

I was having custody issues with my daughter's mother who denied me visitation for 2 years. Thanks to Cheryl, I am enjoying a week long vacation with my 6 yo as I write this. Thanks for the legal strategy, support and for making a responsible father's voice be heard in the courtroom in a way that really mattered.

Attorney Alsandor is the type of attorney that you definitely want on your side. She genuinely cares about the wellbeing of her clients, is well versed in family law and goes to the mat to protect your interests. Her rates are fair for her level of expertise and quality does not come cheap. I have been very pleased with her services and look forward to working with her again should I ever need to.

She is horrible. Do not waste your mo ey with this lawyer. She seriously has issues. She is unprofessional and does not communicate well. She does not kepp you as a client in the loop with what is going on and never takes fault for mistakes or lack of work ethic. Overall her ethics as a lawyer are horrible. It seems she thinks she is paying you rather you are paying her. All she does is look for the easy route out amd will not fight for what you ask. If she says something then dint expect her to remember when you ask her days later as she always never rememebers what she says. She is ver forgetful and treats you like crap (although you are paying her). And she shows up late to court as if time waits on her. This lady is that horrible. Believe me when I tell you DO NOT BUY OR TRUST HER!!!

she is plain evil, very impatient and will never get the work done, she never gets the work done, she is all about her money and charges crazy like i am supposed to pay her students loan for her. she is wicked. look for other attorneys please

I've learned the hard way that you get what you pay for. You don't want to mess around with your divorce and child case. This lawyer is good and knows her stuff. She was impressive in the courtroom. She charges more than some, but it was worth it! Her bills are detailed, so I knew what her firm was doing each month. If she leaves a voicemail, or has a short conversation, it's on the bill, and there's a $0 charge for those kinds of things.

I was highly disappointed with her. All I ever heard was, when are you going to pay the bill, even when I would pay it. She let the other atty run the show. I didnt get child support for the longest because she didnt put my ex's correct employment address down on the court records for withholding. She is just a robot, no compasion, no feelins for what you are going through. And I would feel like she didn't respect me, spoke to me like I was a child. There are too many other attys out there to have to deal with this nonsense. Would never recommend her to anyone!

Ms. Alsandor is knowledgeable it appears regarding contested divorce, fees are crazy high, don't talk to her secretary too long and you will be charge. Every piece of mail, phone call whether you leave a message and if she leaves a message for you on your phone is all charged!!! She drags her feet, to inable her to make more charges. I was too far in to pull out and start over with another atty, so I kept going and ended up with more than $3000. bill. Keep looking she is not worth it!!
