Oh god I don't know where to start. But I hired her to represent me regarding domestic violence and a order for our child. She had my domestic order dismissed and without my consent. And when I found out about it I was to late. I didn't know she could do that. Also I specifically told her what I wanted the other party to agree to and she entered agrmt without baby items that I stressed for. Because I'm in business as well I didn't want to leave a bad review but when I think about how she lied and did those things to me. I don't want someone else to go through what I went through. She nevered admitted . She kept saying she told me. Which she did not. I also had a payment arrangement with her and she released me saying that i couldt pay but it wasn't that. I'm learning from my experiences and I would not recommend her for anything. The last straw was when I had to wait outside of her office til she left because she was not returning my phone calls. I feel deceived. Upset. Ripped off.

Her office staff 1 person was NOT very nice person. She was a Cold/ indifferent person - not at all. I drew up my own separation agreement/& e- mailed it to Ms. Henry.to review & reprint to file.
Came to pick up document - not finished. had to wait 1 hr. for her to get it right. poorly printed. old machines. out of date program.
There wasn't a notary republic in the office & therefore very inconvenient. Also used Fed. Express -sent back agreement for Rita to file with court system. I called to confirm docs were filed. *At the sale of my home. The lawyer informed she did NOT FILE my paperwork after all. So Rita has lied to me. more feed to file it at sale date. Yes, I feel cheated, lied to and just treated like S X X T! S0 Far poor treatment, no returned call in a timely manor, and she lied to me about filing my paperwork. Pretty bad so far.
Note: I would not send a dog to her office for any services whatsoever.
I give her a very low rating. The lowest one you can think of.
