She is clueless. She repeatedly asked for the same documents over and over from my attorney. All she succeeded in doing was to bleed my ex wife of money. Had i not come up with a solution, this might still be dragging on! Several other attorneys have a very poor view of her.

I gave this woman $1000 retainer and fired her the very next day after I discovered how terrible her reviews are. She has done nothing but dodge me, and has not returned my money for six weeks now. Her office assistant Becky gives me nothing but excuse after excuse, and was supposed to call me today to give me my refund, but of course that was just another lie. I am filing a complete with the California bar association today. Do not give this woman any money as she is incompetent and a thief

If you're looking for an attorney that CARES, then choose this one. If you're looking for one who will cheat and lie for monetary gain, look elsewhere. Be aware. Google all the reviews about this joke of attorney. I think your practice is repugnant, immoral and wicked. You don't have any idea what the words justice and ethic means and you just laugh at the Business and Professions Code Section 6068 Duties of Attorney. The bar will be very interested knowing how you conduct your business. You are a disgrace. You steal and take advantage of people ingenuity and ignorance.

horrible lawyer, stay away! I'm living a nightmare at the moment. Trial has been moved 4 times two because of her. So drained! she initially promised to take care of my case for a flat fee. She got paid and now I'm not important and haven't seen her in months. Trial its coming up again and can't even get 15 minutes of her time. I wish I had the money to hire a different attorney and fire her but I hardly have enough for groceries for my three teens and I. I hope this stays unanimous cause she might get worse with me.

I found this woman to be rude, abusive, and unprofessional. She cut me off while I was talking; she then disconnected my call without warning, and never returned calls. She shows no respect to her clients, cared less about you, only greed for money. She is an unpredictable woman; I could not trust her at all. I agreed with the previous reviews not worth your money and strongly not recommend her to anyone!

Attorney Mitchell has been invaluably helpful to me through her tenacity and practical advice during a difficult period in my life. Going through a divorce would have been traumatic if not for her guidance. I believe her rates are reasonable, particularly when compared to other attorneys in her area, and, most of all, she's very genuine. I would recommend her to anyone undergoing a family law issue.

Ms. Mitchell saved me $700 a month! My ex took me to court for spousal support To add insult to injury, she was already shacking up with her new dude in their new apartment. Months earlier she said they'd be moving in together but not get married in order to get alimony from me. Unknown to her or me, but well known by Ms. Mitchell, that in California, if 2 people are living together who aren't married, it's called "Co-Habitation". Which means NO ALIMONY! My ex then tried lying telling the judge her guy was only sleeping over every now in then. Ms. Mitchell proved otherwise by producing a copy of her apt rental contract & utility bill that she subpoenaed. It showed both hers & her boyfriend's name on them. Judge then told my ex "nice try" followed by "spousal support DENIED! How does it feel saving $700 a month? Great! Seeing my Ex leave court pissed & empty-handed? PRICELESS!!! :D

GREAT LAWYER! I HAVE RETAINED MS. MITCHELL TWICE. BEFORE I DID SO I DID MY HOMEWORK TOO. SHE HAS A A+ IN THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND A GREAT RECORD WITH THE STATE BAR OF CALIFORNIA. SHE HAS BEEN PRACTICING FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS. I WAS HAPPY WITH HER WORK AND HER FEES WERE REASONABLE. SHE MAY NOT BE THE CHEAPEST BUT SHES ONE OF THE BEST.

In my initial consultation I was pleased that she offered it for free. She was very pleasant and made me feel confident that she would be the best representation for me. $5,500 later I am so angry with myself for choosing her after all. She never contacted me. It was an ordeal to get in touch with her or the paralegal for information. My calls weren't returned like they said they would be. Many times their office would be closed during their open business hours and my trips to see her would be a waste of time. They gave me BAD legal advice that in turn made the other party benefit and I suffered the consequences with a court order and penalties. I was awarded alimony but months passed and they had still not submitted the paperwork for it. Also, the other party and summoned a Discovery and Rosanna NEVER told me about it. It was upon me releasing her as my representative that this document was given to me and the deadline for my information was less than a month away! She is horrible!!!!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE ATTORNEY. i wouldnt even give her the attorney title, this woman doesnt know what shes doing, not only was i ignored but she never even bothered to contact me not even on the day of court. she was always late and unprepared. she took a nice amount of money out of my pocket and it did not benefit me at all especially to later find out she was a sell out knowing that my ex would give her a bigger check if she didnt help me at all. i tried getting my money to go elsewhere and when trying to contact her and going to her office... she was "never there" of course she was inside her office hiding. she lost many original copies of my court files and wouldnt give up my case (although i had already lost) instead she thought she could sucker me into giving her another 5grand. i told her i would accuse her of fraud and thats when she finally gave me all my paperwork back and all of the sudden i didnt owe her anymore. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD!

My retainer was astronomical. Initially, this attorney was retained for the purpose of having a psychologist removed from my case. On the day of the hearing, this attorney was MIA. At a second hearing, I had to chase her down. The Judge was very kind in delaying hearing the case until her arrival; otherwise, this attorney would have been MIA at two of my hearings. Not only does this attorney NOT care about her clients, but she expects you to do some of the work and then bill you for it. Her ability to meet the needs of individuals going through an unfortunate situation is KNEEL! She does not care, she lacks knowledge in the field of family law and demonstrates NO pride in her organizational skills. Despite offering you very little, she charges you an arm and a leg. I WOULD STAY CLEAR OF THIS ATTORNEY!

Initial meeting: $5000 retainer for modification of child support, and to enforce property division. (HER SPECIALTY)Bait and Switch! The legal representation by both her paralegal and her was delivered with dismissive arrogance, negligence and a blatant disregard for my time, my case, my concerns and instructions. After cancelling first 2 appointments without notice, my e-mail, voice-mail, and physical notes left at the office were ignored. She continues to cost me money be refusing to supply my new attorney with the documents missing form the file and needed to make my case in court.This woman and her paralegal and her sloppy office work is UNBELIEVABLE!Bar complaint and suit to return retainer is in order!

I contracted with this lawyer for a conservatorship for my elderly parents. She told me she would take the cases and do what was necessary. She handed the cases over to her paralegal who was not familiar with ALL it takes to satisfy the orders of the minutes from the judge. He didn't fill out the petition correctly, he wouldn't answer any questions and neither would rossanna mitchell. She did not show up to two hearings but got the conservatees lawyer to stand in without notifying me. Yet I was charged for all three lawyers services. When the judge sent me an order to show cause as to why I wasn't fulfilling the orders of the minutes I decided I needed to substitute her services with someone who know how to handle a conservatorship. It was an unfortuante situation and my father died before I was ever issued permanent letters. I would not recommend this person or her office for helping.
