I don't know why this people would say this thing but i used Chuck and he was great his price was around the same as every one else.When ever i called it may not have been Chuck who called back but his legal aid kathy would call back the same day and always answered my question wright my trail went on for 19 months at time i had my doubts but the end result was fantastic I refer him to ever one I know and have not been shot yet JOE P.

I would advise you not to use the firm. Everything you read is correct. Chuck sold my case out to the state. The police lied and the charges were unfounded he still influenced me into coping a plea. The firm dont really work for you. They charge you these out ranges fees for not servicing you. If i could do it over i would never use them again. Cosmo also is a terrible lawyer. Please take this advise and run if you don't you might regrett it. Like i did.
