Tim has saved my *ss on several occasions. He takes the time to listen and asks the questions that needed to be asked. His staff was on top of things. In the court room, he is a lion and fought for me as I expected him to. Tim saved me MULTIPLE times, and I hope I never need to use him again... but if you are in a jam, then he's the guy. This lawyer helped me out of a HUGE jam (felony where I was facing several years). He was on top of everything, and my family and I owe a great dept of gratitude to him for his work. He was prompt, always returned phone calls, and let us know what was going on every step of the way. The only issue was that it was obvious that he had a lot of clients so was busy. We were never "rushed" but our meetings were serious and to the point. He's not one for small talk, but that's not what my family and I were looking for. Anyways, he is now our family lawyer after saving my *ss, and has since helped on a sister's small traffic issue. I seldom or never need lawyers, so I lucked out in getting a word of mouth referral to him. -- Henry
