Mr. Swope aggressivly handled my case and I received a very good settlement. Another lawyer turned my case down. Mr. Swope took on the case and hired an expert to look at the accident in which my son was struck by a car. Mr. Swope wrote letters to the insurance company and turned thier denial into a policy limit payout. I was very satisfied with his efforts and communication.

I got nothing out of case except a waste of my time and energy. I then had to find a new attorney after the law firm quit the case, and thank God because my new lawyer has great character and takes care of my case. Their policy is they do not give up on clients unless something is illegal.
