If you are looking for a lawyer who will lie to the point that it will make him and you look bad, pick Danny. He started a custody discussion by lying about a psychologists recommendation about children involved in a divorce; Danny sent a letter stating that a psychologist reported that it would cause "irrepairable harm" to the children if they were to see their father. The psychologist he named in the letter refuted Danny's claim to a professional private custody evaluator appointed by the court. It is no wonder Danny was quickly off the matter; his sophomoric "tactic" (or lack of tactics) was transparent to all. If you need an attorney that blatantly disregards accountability to the point that it is of detriment to you; Danny is your man.

I appreciated the fact that Mr. Schwartz is easy to talk to. He really does his best to make you feel comfortable even though you may be having a problem. He returns calls if he is available or he has his secretary let you know when he will be available. Makes you feel secure when he gives you advice--he explains every option to you. I believe he does his very best to get the best possible outcome for you in your case.
