Put my DUI case off, that is had it continued for 3 years only for me to lose my license anyway for a year. I would have been better off losing it at first. Went through the classes but he never did what was needed to communicate with the DMV and now I am having to wait even longer to get it back. $1500 for nothing!

Is more concerned with the number of people he is representing then how good he assits them. You call him and never speak with him just a lady who has no clue and does not assit you at all. This guy is a joke

Mr. Phillips is a horrible communicator. Shows up late for court, meets with his clients for only seconds. Reluctant to schedule time to discuss your case. All the while constantly mentioning that he has done this for 20+years. I don't care how long he has been doing his job, I only care how good he is at his job. However, since he doesn't communicate with his clients I don't see how any of them can know how good he is at his job. We had to part ways because he felt we wanted more than he could provide in defense. All we wanted was guidance and an attorney who would explain things to us and act as though he was going to do everything he could to win our case or at least mitigate the damages. Mr. Phillips did not instill any confidence from us.
