To say this lawyer is cruel and without conscience is an understatement. Him and his wife just purchased a house where a tenant was renting the basement. He is employed at Goodman LLP as a Corporate Lawyer. The tenant contacted him to ask if she could stay for an extra 3 weeks. David was all too willing and at no time did he communicate with the tenant telling her she could no longer stay at the property. He decides to give her 4 days notice to get off the property. His wife attends the home (also a lawyer), where the tenant waits 4 hours to speak to her and she doesn't even bother to turn her head to acknowledge the tenant. At no time does the wife take the opportunity to tell the tenant they had changed their mind. Instead they begin threatening the seller, the real estate agent and the girl in the basement that they weren't going to close the deal and they would sue them for compensation. All for 3 weeks more rent! A complaint of Ethics has been filed against both him and
