He works for his wallet and not yours. He argues lies and only picks up on negativity and opportunity to line his wallet. He encourages conflict and drags a simple case on longer than needed. Find someone else. He is useless

He's a lawyer that claims the world for you and gets no results, his rates are through the roof and definately not worth it. He doesn't work for his clients he thinks you work for him and doesn't wanna be questioned on anything. Make a smart choice and chose another lawyer

First words that come to mind? "WASHED UP" He may have been a good lawyer at some point... however, presently he is unable to retain any information pertinent to a case, and charges outrageous fees for little to no results. This man cannot handle being questioned by his clients and becomes very irate and unreasonable when you do. Daffern is no dream he is the nightmare.

When we first met Mr. Daffern we felt like we had met a warrior. A lawyer whom we knew had the qualities we were looking for to help us through a difficult situation. He took the time to understand our issues, answered all of our questions, outlined our options, reviewed the pros and cons, explained the legal ramifications and recommended a path that could lead to the outcome we were seeking. He levelled expectations and never made false promises.
He has a remarkable way of putting his clients at ease, he responded to our inquiries in a timely manner and although we didn’t see the work behind the scenes we knew he was working hard, going above and beyond fighting for us to achieve the best results. It was a pleasure to work with Paul and his staff and I would strongly recommend you to anyone who is willing to pay for excellent service.

Mr. Daffern was able to satisfactorily resolve a very difficult case for us when other lawyers had been unable or unwilling to understand the complexities of our situation. No one enjoys spending thousands of dollars on legal fees, but Mr. Daffern seems personally interested in achieving a favourable result for his client, not just in reaching a speedy and convenient conclusion. He understood and clearly outlined our legal rights and obligations and was candid about what our expectations should be. He kept us apprised of developing circumstances. Overrall, we feel that Mr. Daffern is a lawyer that provides excellent service and is aggressive in his attempts to reach the best possible outcome for his client.
