I picked Rand for my girlfriend custody case against a very bad man after saying he was confident he could win custody and protect her little girl he basically set her up for going to jail and losing custody knowing she couldn't comply with the commissioners order putting her in cutemp of court and then saying she needs to go kiss her boyfriends butt and bend over backwards $4500 And that's a professional defense from a lawyer!This girl was scared and was looking for protection for herself and her daughter and all you accomplished was to take what little money she had and left her feeling hopeless . Money can not be a driving force in this line of work because people's lives are truly effected and if he didn't no how to help her he shouldn't have ever taken this case.I trusted that Rand new and understood the law but we were blindsided at every hearing.and even when I asked him not to leave her alone with him and he said he wouldn't he put her in a room alone almost ending in a fight.

I retained Rand to help me with what I knew was going to be a very long messy divorce. Words cannot explain how extremely pleased I am with him as my lawyer! Through out the entire process, 15 months, I put in more than one panicky phone call to Rand, sure that all hope was lost. He always responded! I have never dealt with a lawyer that was as knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions, no matter how silly they seemed to me. I would, and have, recommend Rand to anyone for anything. He is my go to lawyer still with any questions or concerns. When hiring him, I told him I just needed someone to be in my corner, to have my back! He did exactly that!

I went through a DUI, divorce, & an eviction, all within about a six month timeframe. I am so glad I had Rand Lunceford and his team on my side. I can't say enough about all the things they did for me! But I can say you won't regret hiring Rand as your attorney. He will go to bat for you.

I was going through a custody battle for six months with my previous attorney and he was just not getting the job done; a friend had suggested to me to call Rand because she had used him in her divorce. Rand was awesome through everything, we did have to go to court once, but because court went so well we were actually able to go to mediation and settle. I was so happy, Rand was great through everything. I highly recommend using him to all of my friends.

I was going through a really bad divorce and was trying to do it on my own. My friend gave me rands number and highly recommended him. Best decision I made was to call him. I highly recommend him to anyone needing help

I recently hired Rand as my attorney to handle my divorce. I was nervous about the proceedings and how things would turn out. My husband had also hired an attorney and was asking for everything. Rand did a great job explaining the process and did a great job representing me in court. He was very knowledgeable and was able to stop my husband from taking everything. I hope to never have to go through the process again. But if I do, I will hire Rand again.

Rand Lunceford is a rip off lawyer, extremely lazy and a lack of knowledge in law!!! to top it off Kristopher Greenwood refused to speak with me to discuss Rand's lack of performance. Rand is very sloppy looking and slouches and stutters when in front of the judge. He has no backbone. When in front of the judge he couldn't answer simple questions from the judge even though we had just gone over it 5 minutes beforehand. what a loser!! an extremely cold person that only cares about the $ he brings to the firm....
