I believe that Mr. Nelson intentionally loses some cases, and works far closer with the Prosecutor of this county than should be allowed for someone who supposedly is a "Defense" attorney. His twenty years of experience means nothing...for myself, once in the courtroom, he may as well have been paid for by the Prosecutor (even though he was supposedly defending me) because he presented NONE of the evidence that was readily available to him to refute the Prosecutors made up claims. When I stopped him and asked why he wasn't defending me properly, he simply stopped defending me entirely! Before I was allowed to defend myself and present my side to the jury, the trial was over! He ended it, and ALLOWED me to be found guilty, even though he had all the documentation and witnesses available to him to refute every claim the prosecutor made!
