Atty Pierski handled numerous matters for myself and family members. I think his work ethic and quality are generally outstanding but over the course of observing him in our business dealings, representation of family and the referalls we have sent him I think he doesn't charge enough and is overwhelmed. He is a caring to a fault advocate. Expert in estate planing who has helped numerous people we send his way for little to no money. I regularly hear of him making hospital visits upon request after hours to help terminal or sick clients and the costs have minimal or for no charge. I have recommended him and still do.

Learned that he had ADD from a former girlfriend of this attorney. This may explain why he is a poor communicator and doesn't seem to connect the dots. I'd often leave messages and e-mails that went unanswered; I had a hard time getting a straight answer regarding my case. Finally, he dropped the ball by not showing up in the Waukesha court when we had an appointment before the judge.
