I cannot believe these reviews! Hermann was there for my arraignment and got me released with no bail.I hired him on retainer to defend my case.He told me it was his job to worry, and from, that point on I stopped worrying.If I had a question he always answered and soothed my fears.Ultimately he had my felony DISMISSED and I pled guilty to a misdemeanor and received 5 days community service and in a few months it will get knocked down to a disorderly conduct and I will not have a record.He worked out an amazing deal with the DA and he got back all my stuff the police seized.I would recommend him to anyone who needs a tough lawyer who won't stop until he gets you the best deal. Love you Hermann, thank you! :)

I DON'T THINK HE HAD MY BEST INTEREST AT HEART. HE DIDN'T WANT TO DO CERTAIN THINGS FOR MY CASE BECAUSE IT WASN'T COURT ORDERED THEREFORE HE WOULDN'T GET PAID. BEING THAT HE USED TO BE A DA HE SHOULD HAVE KNOWLEDGE IN HOW TO GET THINGS DONE AND WHAT SHOULD BE ACCEPTED. HE'S VERY LAZY AND I DID NOT TRUST MY LIFE IN HIS HANDS. PLEASE COMMENT HONESTLY ON LAWYERS TO HELP BETTER SERVE US AS A BEING IN A WHOLE.WISH ALL OF U BLESSING WITH YOUR CASES AND MAKE SURE TO RESEARCH YOUR LAWYER BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE.

Hermann definitely unreasonably overcharges clients and would-be clients. He asked for $500 for a one-hour consultation, and he does not bother taking any notes when we are discussing the case. My son, who has been criminally charged, has even asked if we could get a refund and switch to someone who was more "legit." For a criminal case that has my son's life on the line, hermann is really laid-back, unsupportive, and unconcerned.
