Run run run from this guys office. Do not get stuck listening to his bs for months like he did to my mother. I told her he was just taking her money but he did not listen. He charged her $500 every month on some bs dream that he was going to sue the bank. At the end of the day my mom paid this theif over $20,000 and while she was in her house for a few years without paying, she lost her house by relying on this horrible horrible person. Do not get in the same situation. She still cries to me today every day about how she was tricked by him. The only time she was able to talk to him was when she stopped paying him monthly and he would sell her a dream and trick her. STAY AWAY!

Scammer beware. uses you for your money only. he stringed me along for more then 2 years for nothing and paying him monthly and nothing for my home....BE CAREFUL
