This guy is a terrific insurance lawyer. He knows insurance inside out. Here's what happened. I filed a claim for my business but the carrier denied payment. I thought their reason was bogus. Another lawyer I spoke to told me to forget about it. Mr. Goldsholle took a look at the file, sent some letters, made a few phone calls and the carrier paid my claim and his fee in full. It turned out he was not only a damn good lawyer, but had years of business experience as CEO of part of MetLife, had been dealing with all sorts of insurance committees for years, and had headed some legal organizations. So its hard for insurance companies and their lawyers to lay games with him as he was one of them. Although he's a tough lawyer, he's a nice guy too.
