Very knowledgeable attorney. I employed his services for a loan modification after attending one of his seminars. Haskins passed the loan modification file to his assistant. His only involvement was the initial interview only. Several months went by with no additional info from his office. His office could not give me an update because they could not remember the last time they spoke with my lender. In his seminar, he mentions several times how aggressive he will pursue your loan modification. The only aggressiveness I saw from him was how quickly he cashed the check. If you want a passive attorney to handle your loan modification, Haskins is definitely the right attorney for you.
