We used Zubin to help with closing our house and our experience was similar to those of others. He did not act in a professional manner and made mistakes that luckily were not costly but delayed moving forwards. I do not feel that he is knowledgeable or professional and would not recommend him to others.

I believe Zubain has no passion for his profession. Lawyers are supposed to be fastidious and highly motivated, but, Mr. Mancherjee is sloppy and lazy. He created a tenancy in common title for a new property between my mother and I, which has caused us considerable distress. Imagine a doctor prescribing a pharmacological solution for what ails you, but, doesn't disclose the side-effects which will literally ruin you. That's how Zubain treats his clients. Donot expect him to volunteer the most germane and critical information pertaining to your purchase agreement, perhaps have a very specific agreement that requires to be notarized.
He will however turn into Jonnie Cochran and threaten to take you to court if you're unhappy with his service, and want to take your business elsewhere.

Zubin is a good salesman, he sweet talks you into his professional service and how he's much better than the rest. I then provide him all the documents as he requested and had an important question about the property for him to confirm as a lawyer. Things were moving a long for a few days as his associates gather documents. Then he tries to confirm my question based on the document he received and I immediately call him. His associate emailed me the document separate so I haven't read it when I called. He quickly tries to brush me by explaining to me terminology when I wanted him to explain the details. He tells me to go read it myself and quickly hangs up. I read the lawyerish language document and from what I read he was completely wrong. I emailed him my understanding of it and waited the next day for a response. Instead he unprofessional drops me saying he just realize he won't be in the office the day I close. Instead of admitting his mistakes, he drops his clients.

WORST LAWYER EVER, HORRIBLE NEVER EVER USE HIM, Very Rude and Arrogant, Yells, insults you and makes you feel bad. NOT Professional at all, CLIENTS BEWARE, absolutely ridiculous lawyer, hope he rots in HELL. We are not the only ones saying, there are many other BAD REVIEWS as well for him. As U can read & see Below, so when so many people say must be TRUE. HE IS the WORST Lawyer out there.

I used Mr. Mancherjee to purchase a home this past summer (July 2015). I found my meeting with him to be very unpleasant and offensive. I had only bought a home once before many years ago, so I had a few questions just about the content of some of the papers I was signing. He became defensive and flat out rude to me because I wanted a little clarity about some papers I was signing. He became so rude during the half hour session, that I actually burst into tears before I could even make it out of his office. This has never happened to me before, I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a professional. The truth is that it is a lawyers job to answer any questions you may have about documents you are signing. Don't use this lawyer, his work was sub-par, our house almost didn't close properly due to errors he made, and his attitude was terrible. Save yourself the trouble and dignity that he will take from you.

Zubin is an excellent resource for your legal needs. He is knowledgeable and thorough. I have dealt with many lawayers and law firms in the past and Zubin was the best I have hired ever. He was on top of all of my needs. I recommend him highly!

Zubin was a great attorney to deal with as we went through the refinancing of our mortgage. He was thorough and asked the right questions of the deal at hand to make us feel secure in our decision going forward. I would recommend him for others who want a good lawyer.

It is a complete shame that a highly professional reputable and knowledgeable Lawyer as Mr. Bradshaw has associated himself with Mr. Mancherjee. This lawyer took no time to explain any of the important aspects of our home closing and appeared annoyed by our ignorance and questions. He is only concerned with getting documents signed and getting paid. He is rude and arrogant. I would never recommend using him for something as important as closing your home. I would rather pay higher costs and deal with a professional. Based on my experience anyone who rated this lawyer highly is lying on his behalf.

I had this lawyer do my mortgage paper,at first his flamboyant personality really makes you think he is a good guy.Well when my mortgage didn't go through and I had to sign a release,he started pointing fingers and saying we are in the wrong and how we should expect no money at all from our inital deposit.Even when we ask him to negotiate,he refuse citing that we are in the wrong...Well are mortgage agent did and manage to get us back 5 grand,even 'our' lawyer was surprise...This guy does not even your interest at heart,seems like all he wants to do is sign and get paid.Very rude and act's annoyed all the time even though he is being paid to do the work,refuses to explain the situation and charges unfairly.USE AT YOUR OWN PERIL.

Service was above and beyond. when my sister was sick in the hospital mr. zubin came to visit her to sign her to sign the paperwork. He didnt charge us anything extra for doing so either.

completely agree with the previous comments that Zubin is a lazy and arrogant individual. I used Zubin to close my home and was rushed through all documentation with no desire to provide any explanation to what I was signing. Zubin also missed some documents which required a rush second visit to his office to ensure all was filed on time. My advice seek someone more skilled and less flamboyant!

This Lawyer closed my Condo and there were some extra fees added by the builder and he sent me a list of it. I pointed out to him that this should not be included. He called me and told me very rudely that I should not be telling him this and that the builder is the one who can make adjustments. I was very surprised that he is my lawyer, I pay him fees to safeguard my interests and first he failed to point out it himself and when I pointed it out he got mad and misbehaved with me-His client. I heard him swearing in the office several times to his staff and documents. I was able to get those charges removed by being firm with him but he is a paper pusher NOT a lawyer and missing courtesy, professionalism, respect and commitment. Stay away from him, that’s my advice.

This young lawyer is incompetent. He made mistakes on my real estate transaction a couple times. I have to bring back the paper to show him what he did wrong. He also has an altitude that showing no respect to the customer.

Mancherjee works in the same office as long time lawyer Bradshaw. This lawyer puts on the impression that he is very thorough but in fact missed so much when it came to our real estate transaction. Had he performed a proper search of the property he would have found that the property taxes were not paid by the previous owner the previous year. It took us another three months to contact his office and have the issue resolved. Had we not called his office first they would have never known and we would've been stuck paying the bill. although somewhat professional he still seems very green in his overall work quality.

For my first home, which was a new home, Zubin did a great job removing all the builder's "escape" clauses and thereby got me a better deal. I used Zubin again for my second home and that closed without any troubles. I highly recommend him.

Zubin Mancherjee’s office is recommended by my real estate agent. Zubin has great work ethic, extensive knowledge and treats client as friend. I had some issues with my first condo purchase contract and was worried how to get out of it. He called me in person, explained the legal aspects of the case clearly and calmed me down. He handled the case successfully for me without any charge! Of course I went back to him with my condo closing again. His office have closed another two homes for me. I am totally satisfied with their professional services. I highly recommend Zubin without any reservation.
