She didn't provide an itemized bill, yet sent bills for unspecified amounts monthly- I never knew what I was paying for, and still my case isn't resolved. She didn't return phone calls when asked for updates, and when I finally reached her by email, she charged 100$ to respond. My case is still not closed almost two years later because she refuses to rewrite the opposing lawyers papers, citing that I cannot afford to have her rewrite the orders. She cannot remember specifics of cases and refuses to finish the job, return phone calls, or respond ethically or professionally.
