be aware I was scheduled to close on June ,24, 2016 the lawyer was in the email 3 to 4 days prior to closing. on the day of closing he does not show up and on top of that he was holding a check for 1000.00 from a pervious deal that did not go through check had to go to the deal I was in now, he decided to deduct his fees and sent the rest to the sellers lawyers when he is suppose to wait till the checks are disburst from the tiltle company now I have to fight with the title to get that fee back. will never use him again nor refer him.

Just blew two deals for me and my wife. Would not recommend for any legal work. Extremely poor communication. Attorney had the audacity to quit when questioned why he was not doing the job he was hired for. Will not be recommending to anyone.
