Tony tamburello is not a good lawyer as I can tell. My husband has been incarcerated since March 12, 2009, and has only seen Mr Tamburello probably 4 times. My husband and I has constantly informed Mr, Tamburello about the ways we can defend my husband and what motions we wanted to file. He did not file 1 motion. We also wanted numerous other things that would help my husband defense and he did nothing. He always came to my husband and myself with the excuses of he was working on 3 murder trials besides my husbands criminal trial, His mother was sick. With all due respect my husband is not fighting for a murder trial, but his life was on the line. My husband and I continuosly made phone calls and emails to him he never returned calls. After I got so fed up and started to cc email to his boss, the judge and to the attorney general he released his self from the case stating that he didn’t have enough time to work on my husbands defense. PLEASE don’t trust him with your life.
