Mr. Hale is definitely a one of a kind. He is very experienced. He is not afraid to tell us the worst case scenario so that we could prepare for the worst and hope for the best. An attorney's time is his worth. He did not nickle and time but he did charge me for his time. He fought for my family as much and as hard as he could and I truly appreciate him.

Can't get paper work correct even after me and my ex husband agreed on everything. Didn't give me 24 hours before he got a corrected copy to me to review before court that was still not correct. Then never replied after I told them the degree still wasn't correct. All he cares about is money and will nickel and dime you.

Mr. Hale needs to terminate his daughter (Kellie Tolar) from office management position so they are able to keep a consistent staff. Their employee situation is a revolving door and it's bad for business. There are some VERY unprofessional things that go on in the office and it just makes Mr. Hale's law firm look unprofessional. People quit left and right because they can not work with Kellie Tolar. Sometimes even when it's family you have to put your foot down for the sake of the company and employ someone that is fair and professional.

I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Hale, and his entire office staff. I hired him for a family law matter invoking my son, he listened empathetically and was absolutely tireless in his efforts to resolve my case. Mr. Hale brought years of experience, compassion, and exceptional skill to the table. I will forever be grateful for his efforts and their impact on my son and our entire family. At points where I had nearly given up- Mr. Hale never, ever did. I am relieved, grateful and will forever remember the kindness and tenacity and rigor with which Mr. Hale worked so hard to make a difference in our lives. The scale offered in these reviews are not high enough to reflect his performance, Mr. Hale is a 10 in my book.

I was a broken person seeking a divorce when I came to Mr. Hale and his staff. I was told by other lawyers that I can lose 1/2 my work pension and 1/2 my work 401k plan. My ex-husband cashed his 401k plan 3 years ago without telling me. Mr Hale and staff has helped me keep my retirement. I was well taken care of. They lifted my spirit up when I needed it. AND the price was reasonable too! Thank you so much for helping and guide me through my divorce.

Tough as nails in courtroom. He offers sound advise founded by experience,education & strong family values. What more could you want in the most vulnerable times of your life when you must seek the service of an attorney Mr Hale has guided me in many decisions.

Mr. Hale is a very considerate man. He has met with my husband and I twice for extensive legal advice completely Pro-bono. He always takes our calls when we need help or have questions. I would definately recommend Mr. Hale!

I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Hale. He was always very professional and proficient. It's obvious he has been practicing for years and understands how the legal system works. His actions and decisions are always in the best interest of his client. I would hire him again and recommend him as an attorney to anyone who inquired.

Horrible experience! Nickle and Dime you to death for every piece of paper. Numerous errors on there part causing more work! A year later find out improper wording in decree cost me major $$$$ and they refuse to fix!

I think he would be good in a litigation scenario where it makes sense to grind the other side into the ground. But in a divorce/family law setting, where both parties are in the same financial boat, his litigation tactics only serve to waste the families' assets, and enrich the lawyers. He really does not grasp the big picture of what is best for the client ... he just churns and burns the legal fees.

Eat up your retainer plus in no time with unnecessary phone calls letters and emails. Over charge and double charge you. Doesn't care about clients, all he cares about is $$$$. Like other reviewer if I could I would rate him lower. Bad human being has no conscious.
