Very poor and unprofessional "representation". Horrible attitude and manners; forgot details and information about conversations we had with him; did not represent us well in any way, shape or form. Completely caved to the opponents in our case. Would not recommend James Thornborough to our worst enemy!

Worst lawyer experience of my life! Would have been better off representing myself. Did absolutely nothing. Didnt even show up in court. Took lots of pay though

Starts out like he will have no problem winning but quits as soon as he has your money. Worst experience I could have imagined, even from a lawyer! Trumped up billing, no explanations, makes you feel like it is hopeless. Hope to have him taxed and disbarred! He does nothing but steal money from his clients

Really poor quality work for high dollars! He actually figures out ways to bill for unnecessary services to estates, brings friviolous litigation and even once was investigated for misappropriation of client funds (Turks Caicos) Run,Run, Run away!

He's a very knowledgeable lawyer and upon meeting is very professional and courteous. The problem with Mr. Thornborough is if you expect to be updated even once a month he will be slow in responding and when he responds he's rude and impatient. Hire him if you expect communication on a yearly basis and if you don't mind waiting decades for your case to be resolved. He's the kind of lawyer that makes you feel like you are very unimportant and that no one is on your side.
