Tom is the best attorney that I have ever been involved with.....when I contacted him i had a bonfire of a custody case going and because of him my girls stayed with me!

tom never spoke to the only witness in my case. On the day of court his words were what dose she look like? we were at a revocation hearing i paid him $5000.00 to repersent me in. not only did he let in a lot of irrelevence he also stipulated to i had a previous aggravated assault conviction. i have never been convicted of aggravated assault. he didnot cross examine me after being questioned by the d.a. leaving the judge to beleive that not only was i convicted of the previos charge but also my aurgement in that was self defense,and a chainsaw was involved & there was a chainsaw involved, it was being used on me. however he didnot bring that out because he didnot recross examine me because he didnot do his homework. now that iam out i cannot even get him to talk to me on the phone. he willnot return my calls or my letters. if he had done a much better job i would not had to serve 17 months behind bars. with the little bit that was presented the judge said it was a very hard case.
