This guy knew his stuff. Yes he was expensive, but the bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten. Also, I would randomly run into him from time to time and he would always make time to talk to me and give me advise. He was a great friend.

I hired this firm in 1996 to litigate on my family's behalf of a badly botched Last Will and Testament. (Subsequent lawyers said it wouldn't pass muster to be filed now) The only two topics he showed enthusiasm about was being the most expensive lawyer in Hickory and being too busy to handle the case himself. He knew the will was crap but had no interest in pursuing the flaws in probate court. I was perfectly willing to let the ENTIRE estate be sacrificed to legal fees (no more unjust than as written, just more equitable to those who didn't raise a finger to help the deceased when they were alive...) After having skimmed several thousand dollars we were dropped and left to start from scratch. I wouldn't hire him again using YOUR money. You should goest thou and do likewise.

Crooked. Allegedly has too many bad politicians in his pocket and Grows pot on family land owned by John Rudisill's relatives and won't allow family on site.
