She was assigned by the court as a Best Interests Attorney for my husbands case. She is horrible, she waited until the last minute to meet with us, (was supposed to meet at 4 pm didn't show up until after 6 pm), which afterwards she was in a rush to get home because she arrived so late! She didn't seem willing to listen to his concerns, and to top it all off she never submitted her opinion to the court and was unable to be reached when the court was looking for her to get her observations!!!

Terrible, terrible lawyer. I honestly don't know how she is practicing law. She had a hard time with understanding very simple statements made by the judge and opposing party. She bold faced lied to me on several occasions, was extremely rude and demanding, and did nothing to help my case. I feel I would have been better off representing myself! I would NOT, under any circumstances, recommend this lawyer to ANYONE. Period.

Ms. Lehan was more worried about making her face known in the courtroom than keeping my files in order. She lost paperwork and in some cases did not show up to court. She had no concern for me as a client and I would NOT recommend her for any case. As soon as the court makes it's decision she drops you as a client.

Ms. Lehan in my opinion, had a "dont confuse me with the facts, my mind is made up" attitude. She was very impatient with the children she was appointed to represent and lacked compassion and concern for their safety and well being. More concerned with getting paid than doing her job. I would never recommend this attorney to anyone.

Did not have our file and spent most of the time scaring us into paying more money. Big scam...no representation at all....more money was to hand us off to someone else as Laura is not qualified to handle our case
