When you go to their website it says verbatim: "In your most critical moments, turn to us for compassionate and effective advocacy" THIS IS NOT TRUE! Attorney STONE does not know me and did not take the time to return my call over an entire 5 day period (after I indicated that he came highly recommended by a reputable attorney in another state). This is UNPROFESSIONAL, to say the least. Neither attorney called me back and the receptionist offered no follow-up. Who does that? We were not seeking pro-bono help or a handout. I would not recommend this office to anyone for any reason. This is definitely indicative of how he would handle your case---AVOID AT ALL COST.

He was a good prosecutor, but his professionalism as a private lawyer is very lacking. He does not communicate at all. While I had him as my attorney, he very rarely returned calls or replied to e-mails. I don't know if he spread himself out too thin or if was just flat out neglectful. His rate was affordable, but the communication was definitely poor. Plus, check the Florida bar website & you will find he was suspended for accepting a salary from the U.S. Army reserves while not serving actively.
