Jim advised that I stop daycare payments based on his incorrect (or inexperienced?) interpretation of my divorce decree. He worked up documents that he neglected to use in the hearing. He didn't explain what would be happening in hearings or in legal processes. Plans and updates were not communicated to me or were communicated incorrectly. The staff was constantly making mistakes in legal documents. I was told that I was getting a discount but it appears that the discount was $250/hour instead of $265. I went to another lawyer that knows what he's doing and I'm paying the same rate with no "discount". While Jim is warm and friendly to his clients, it seems that he puts more effort into working his clients than into working the legal system. Harward probably takes care of some clients. But after $6000, embarrassing service and no resolution in sight, I don't feel like they took care of me.
