Michael thinks he is GOD like in his mind. The man, author, the deal. read his book and he boast about how much money he makes and how great it is to an elder atty. A book where he is to educate people about elder planing, a very sensitive issue. He is nothing but sensitive and compassionate or caring. I witnessed him disrespect my 91 y/o mom and 93 y/o dad in his office while making changes to the trust. I witnessed how he treated his para legal and others. I brought it his attention and is attitude was disgusting, He can’t apologize or admit wrong doing. His agreement says NOTHING about 1% of the estate for administration, nor was it ever disclosed according to my parents. He refuses to offer a fee schedule on changes. Spent 3k to edit a few lines in the trust, INSANE. His agreement says as many email and calls as necessary for LIFETIME. His email saying he has no time nor desire to answer the questions put in front of him. It can’t be just me. Speak up peop
