Nancy Taft helped me in my bankruptcy filing. She was very thorough from beginning to end. Bankruptcy is not a simple process, it starts before you even start compiling the information needed. Nancy was extremely professional and knowledgeable with her approach. Our first couple of meetings were spent discussing all options and taking everything in to consideration to determine if this is what I wanted to do. From there it was a matter of gathering all the necessary information, double checking, and organizing - everything was explained clearly and all of my questions were answered so that I understood the process. When it came time to go in front of the trustee I was 100% confident in my decision and understood exactly what was transpiring. I would highly reccomend Nancy Taft, she is an attorney you can trust - her values and ethics are spot on, and her knowledge and experience shines through.

I hired Nancy Taft to represent me in my motion for a Relief from Stay in anothers bankruptsy filing, for which I do have proof of fraud. She failed to confirm our sheduled court date and we both wasted more than most of the day sitting in the courtroom without a calling, but rather a strike against us. At our new court date, Nancy Again failed to perform, rather scratched the side of her head, struggled to speak, and {woolah) denied. I must agree with another one of her former clients, and rate this lawer as the worst I have ever witnessed miserably failing to do what she hired and paid to do. She simply just wasted everyones time, meanwhile, paid well, in spite of her incompetent performance.
