Jeff dragged my divorce out for four years. He and his personal friend Virginia Criste who was my ex's lawyer stalled and stalled. In the end I went to the clerk in Indio and asked what the holdup was. She said all I needed was both lawyers signatures on some document. I took it and drove to both their offices and got signatures. They tried to void it the next time we went to court. Then when my ex appealed they dragged that out for three years. Jeff joked that I put his son through UCLA.
