Attorney tries very hard to achieve client's objectives. He has some rough edges, but his head and heart are in the right place.

Still waiting to hear back from Mr. Baker. Repeated phones calls to his office and he has never returned calls or email. Visited his office many times and the secretary refuses to get an appointment for me and tells me Mr. Baker will call me. Took my money, have an ongoing court case that I wish to finish up with that has been going on for quite some time, like more than 2 years. Been to court once, still waiting for that appointment to continue. Every time I go to his Killeen office he has new people there and they try to re-bill me for the amount that I have already paid him. Would not recomend this guy.

This Attorney, will be helpful at first and then when he gets your money he will YELL at his clients and staff, he will tell you that he will do one thing and get your money and then never do anything that he told you that he was going to do. He will tell you to write questions down and never ask the other party the question, he files paper work without you knowing it, he have his clients deliver paer work themselves to the court house. And take your number down and tell you that you will get a call back and never call you back. Goes on about his family problems to his clients and tell his clients what they should do or not to do, Does give clients paper work that he has prepared or never files them with the court system and he answers calls when his clients ore in the office instead of talking to he client that is there in his offfice and have his client come in to the office and have to wait for long periods at a time. I would never recommend this attorney to anyone at all.
