This attorney primarily functions as a Guardian AD Litem in most cases. This attorney is very gender bias if you are a man and require your kids needing a GAL because of an parental alienating ex-spouse, DO NOT ACCEPT THIS ATTORNEY TO REPRESENT YOUR KIDS. She lost the case of Sullivan vs. Sullivan docket # KNO-FA03-0126634-S. Judge Swienton was very mad at her performance and I demanded a return on my retainer from her. She prematurely returned my retainer and then re-billed me for the expenses, I declined payment because the Honorable Judge Swienton would never order her to be paid for her bias services. Mary G. O'Donal ignores all complaints from fathers and assist mothers only. Senator Mary Hanley D-Ct. is submitting GAL reform legislation to hold GAL's legally responsible for legal malpractice and suspension of their juris licenses because of GAL's like Mary O'Donal and her prior cases.
