I have been a chiropractor for 25 years and I have had over 15 years experience with Mr Hood. Mr. Hood is a top notch attorney with a fabulous staff. I never heard of any of my patients be unsatisfied with their work. He will definately go to bat for his clients and as a doctor he was always honest and professional with our office. I consider his office as one of the best!! I read the above reviews and the guy complained about getting policy limits? How can an attorney do better than getting ALL the money the insurance has based upon a policy. That is actually very good. It is unfortunate that the state does not require a higher minimum for more severly injured people but thats the law of 2004. Hired this attoney to represent me in auto accident claim. Allowed the old lady that pulled out in front of us of insurance co. to settle for max of 10,000.00 said she donated her assets 2yrs before. LA. law allows you to go back 5 yrs. The person that I was riding with was speeding and only had min. coverage 10,000.00 and has a LA. Corp. and this lawyer wants me to settle for 10,000.00 when I've had 2 back surgeries and 1 to repair torn rotator cuff; SORRY DONT THINK SO. The accident was in November of 2004 and I recieved a letter that he was withdrawing in October of 2009. BEWARE OF ATTONEYS THAT WORK FOR 25% CUT!!!
