John Lowery simply did not return phone calls or emails. He made a unilateral decision to dismiss my case to give himself more time, this after two years of sitting on the case and not letting me know anything although I called and emailed. This is a specific violation of professional standards (TN Code, Rule 1.4) not to keep a client informed. He caused me such grievance I reported him to the Board of Professional Responsibility.
