She got my case thrown out. I was nervous because she said she couldn't promise anything, but it was better than I hoped for.

3 months after she informed me she could not longer represent me in my divorce, I still have not received the remiander of my retainer that she owes me. all she did was file the divorce petition so there is a large enough refund that should be coming to me. I have a new lawyer and had to pay a new retainer and she will NOT RESPOND to any correspondence!

She quit on the day of my pretrial conference for my divorce. Sent me a email to inform me that she was unable to represent me. 1 hour later I got a notice that my pretrial conference had been rescheduled to that day. I am still to see the refund of the remainder of my retainer

She did not show for appointments and did a poor job of defending me in court. She was representing me when she was not suppose to because another attorney was assigned to me and she knew that, but failed to tell me.
