Our former franchisor sued us for breach of contract & for over $500k in damages & over $100k in atty fees and Mario fought for us from Day One on the 1st con/call thru the 2yrs of litigation to include arbitration and Federal Court Reconsiderations. He told us we'd probably win and he lost the case. He was embarassing in front of the judge.. Obviously unsure of what he was doing. Also, he didn't argue our defense against the other side. For that I ask why did we pay thousands of dollars? Could've done better myself and saved the money! If you need a franchise lawyer look around at others. Mario us a complete waste of money and time.
