He only helps people that give him a lump sum. I was arrested for a misunderstanding and because I gave him payments, he didn't fight for me. Now I have a felony on my record the rest of my life, he told me I wouldn't have it if I just pleaded no contest and it would be deferred. I had an evading arrest charge against me, I was completely sober and crying because my grandma was sick and non responsive, I just had found out. I was not the right mind and didn't know there was a cop behind me. Got stopped and arrested and charged with a felony that was deferred. Well, the deferral made no difference, I have been denied so many jobs. I can't go to college in the medical field. My life is ruined, I probably should have just gotten a appointed lawyer. All about money and nothing else. Has been on the news for theft from clients. Has not sincerely passionate in helping people. Offers sex if you don't have money. He is also a criminal, karma is a bich though Joe.

Signed on to my case against my will and then gave no representation on a criminal case, then wouldnt get off case. Caused tremendious dela over 8 months. Terriblely dishonest guy

Joe Ponce III, is a terrible lawyer. He was always late to every hearing and only took my money but provided no results. I paid him money for an occupational license which I NEVER received and now he doesn't want to give me my money back! He is just taking peoples money and not doing any work.

I hired lawyer Joe Ponce for my divorce. He does not speek up in court nor does he negotiate on you behalf. Neither he or his staff will help or return your phone calls, except to tell you how much you owe them. He never give definate answers to your questions, just vague definitions of laws. My ex and her lawyer ran over Joe Ponce with demands not even agreed upon prior to the court hearring, and he just stood there quietly without speaking up on my behalf. It took 14 months to have the final court hearring, it now has been approximately 24 months and the paperwork has still not been submitted to the city court.
