Want good representation? Then look elsewhere. Terrible communication & follow through.
Kevin Loftus was very lackadaisical in collecting information on the case and a very poor communicator. He put forth what seemed to be little to no effort on the case, requiring the client to do much of it.
If you are looking for good representation, I don't recommend to you Kevin Loftus nor the Law Office of McGrath Gibson. They are very curt and accusatory toward their clients and do not hold true to their initial agreements. Furthermore, they charge unreal amounts for their office fees and provide no information to back up such charges, even when requested.

Definitely not the most personable attorney I have ever dealt with, but he saved my ass on a DUI. They wanted me to do jail time but Kevin managed to get me probation. I'm sure many people will read this and think, "oh great, another drunk back on the streets!" But my wife and kids depend on me and Kevin gave me the opportunity to turn my life around. I won't waste that opportunity and I will never forget what he did for me and my family.
