Georgia Thomas is the perfect attorney for military members, and am very glad I trusted my gut after our first meeting to hire here as my attorney for my divorce! Her office staff as well as her where very professional, proactive and patient during my divorce. Each time I reached out to either her or her office's staff they either answered my question then and there or responded within the hour. Due to my service commitment in the AF I was consistently changing meeting times/conference calls due to work, which she endured with me to include over weekends or late nights. I highly recommend her services. She always made me and my children feel like we were the only case she worked tirelessly though we knew we weren't. Even after our case finalized she made it a point to check in with us and see how we were adjusting. I 100% recommend her for anyone going through such a difficult time. If you are going through a divorce Georgia should be your first and last stop for an attorney.

You will be making an irreversible mistake if you hire this attorney. Go to Pensacola or Tallahassee (or Tampa) and get a real family law attorney. Georgia is not even a big fish in a tiny pond.

I called Georgia Thomas's office to schedule and appointment for a consultation. Her receptionist took a while and told me my soon to be ex husband hadn't been in the office so they scheduled my appointment. I found it weird but the receptionist called 2 days in advance to verify that I could come to the appointment on a Friday. I work full time and had a meeting come up so I had to get back to them, when I told her I would call her within 24 hours of my appointment she told me she had to cancel my appointment with their office. Fast forward 1 week later. I called back to make an appointment and the receptionist informed me that my SOON TO BE ex husband had had a consultation with them THE DAY THEY CANCELLED MY APPT. Not really surprised that my husband did this but I am surprised by their professionalize. I surely hope she screws over my husband like all of her other clients! If you choose to schedule an appointment with her BEWARE!

Mrs. Thomas says all the right things to get you to retain her as your attorney. HOWEVER, once the papers are signed and you have forked over thousands of dollars that quickly changes. She will not fight for what you want at all. She is so rude and flaky. I think Mrs. Thomas forgets that her clients PAID for her services. We are not charity cases and even still her attitude is unacceptable! Worst attorney ever!

What a horrible expensive experience. As if divorce isn't bad enough, you get stuck with such a lousy attorney to walk you through the process. Never available, and very slow processing paperwork. The things I've learned now that should have been included in my divorce decree, she never even mentioned. I definitely didn't get my money's worth.

Georgia Thomas represented me through a long, difficult divorce. She is extremely knowledgable, attentive and agressive. I would absolutely recommend her to family/friends. I am active duty military and she has repeatedly proven very accurate understanding of all pay/benefits/entitlements that were pertinent to my case. Do not listen to the negative reviews. Hire Georgia if you want the best help in town.

Highly recommend! I had Ms Thomas represent me in my divorce, she was extremely knowledgeable of the law and aggressive in Court. Her staff treated me like family instead of another case. They were all very helpful through such a difficult time.

In a word, disappointing. I would never use this attorney again. In my opinion, she was extremely rude to me (ie, her client), and then folded like a wet paper napkin in court. She told me what a joke the opposing attorney was only to lose the case convincingly to said attorney. I can only speak from my experience, but it was terrible. I would NOT recommend Georgia Thomas.
