Terrible experience. Edward is very unprofessional, his staff makes promises they cannot keep, they overcharged me, and they want you to think they are a winning firm, but I experienced just the opposite. I would never recommend this firm to anyone.

When you hire an attorney you shouldn't have to write your own motion, then review and fix it. You shouldn't have to hand the case to them, have them charge you to review what you handed them, and then watch them fumble in court and lose your case. Then after they lose they send you an email requesting another $3000 to screw up yet again. RUN AWAY! Over $8,000 down the drain and the case has gone nowhere!

Will take your money and run. Does not listen to his client's instructions and dares you to make something of it. He get's his retainer upfront as uses his license to practice to piss away your hard earned money. Do not be fooled.

In my culture, no one speaks of leaving a spouse, htere are very very few divorces. But those who fall upon such a situation are given Mr. Weinstein's name because he has a reputation for accepting cultural issues and showing great respect. He establishes trust and works within the law while maintaining my values and traditions. His whole office operates with a great respect and he demands it of all attorneys and other parties. He worked with me on planning and future and then negotiated for me with success.

As a successful NYC corporate attorney (living in NJ), even I was scared to death of starting the divorce process. I knew I needed a top-notch divorce attorney to protect mty assets and future earnings and Ed came highly recommended from a number of colleagues. I am a tough guy to please but he lived up to his reputation and I could not have received better service or a better divorce deal. The process of untangling a 25 year marriage was tedious and painful filled with decisions I never imagined having to make. The entire firm partnered with me - I felt part of the team right from the beginning respected for my professional position and that my future was at stake.

Very professional and courteous. I shopped around to a few lawyers and was not disappointed when I selected him. I walked in with a disaster of a situation and Ed completely straightened it out. What was most important his how he kept us eye on protecting my kids through the entire ordeal.

The firm helped me settle a very difficult divorce involving complex financial issues. Ed's advice was honest and representation as agressive as promised. I was constantly informed of options and progress. Highly recommend.

Will use up all your money. Leave you broke and your case lost. You are better off going in Pro Se than using this firm or their attorneys. You have been warned.

They will charge you upwards of 100 or more just to read an email. They do not mention that to you in the FREE consultation. I lost the easiest of winnable cases with their firm and they gave me an attorney with only 2 years practicing law at 300.00 an hour. Wasted 3000.00 before I fired them and still lost everything. Stay away and always ask questions about everything before going with any attorney. DO NOT USE ED WEINSTEIN FROM EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ. They are only good at taking your money without any results and I have used other lawyers before without saying that.
