I hired Mr. Dudley after being referred to him by a previous client of his for a custody issue. I was having issues with my ex not giving me my visitations, often calling the police and filing reports. Mr. Dudley talked a big game and seems to be intimidating in his office, but in the courtroom he completely turned off. I was bashed and questioned on the stand by the other party, and when it was his turn to bring up all the ILLEGAL actions of my ex, didn’t say a word to them. Actually didn’t even call her to the stand! Worse experience of my life, the custody orders that were submitted for me to review were totally different than what was agreed to in court. I told him I wanted to go back to court because the orders were not right, and he told me I would have to pay for the other attorneys fees and court costs!!! Please do not ever hire this man!! He will earn his attorney rates doing a secretaries job!!!!

I read these reviews & it prompted me to write my own. Mr.Dudley handled my divorce case & a few years later my child support modification, which was a huge,ugly fight between my ex & I.I NEVER had an issue with him not returning my calls or answering my questions. As far as handling the case, he was aggressive, swift,& my outcome was far greater than I anticipated,my ex didn't stand a chance! My ex tried to make me miserable-which came to a complete halt once Mr. Dudley was involved,thank God. It was important to me that I have an atty I could trust, who wasn't going to bleed me dry,draw this case out, who will keep me informed during the process & be available when I had questions. But most of all I needed an atty who was going to really FIGHT for me. An atty who was ethical but at the same time shrewd & aggressive. I couldn't have made a better choice, I highly recommend him. This man does NOT play- if u need an aggressive lawyer to come in and move fast - look no further.

I utilized this attorney for a custody issue. He steered me WRONG on multiple occassions; giving bad advice, pursuing court hearings in retrospect that I had no chance of winning. I would NEVER go back to this attorney. Specifically, he told me he thought that I had a better than 50% chance of winning a custody issue with my ex. After losing, and presenting the specifics to other attorneys, they told me I had zero chance of winning.
