this attorney act as judge pro-tem at the small claims court, but make really BAD decision due to his lack of knolwedge in law. He should stay with what he should know divorce law ! It is a shame !

I hired him to take over my divorce case from another attorney who never answered my calls regarding my ex's stalking and criminal harassing tactics. He made an error in court that allowed my ex unaccompanied access to the home he left while I was out of town. This resulted in the theft of my personal journals where I had recorded the abuse I had endured for the past 9 years. Things only got worse from there. He functioned as if he had no clue how to handle a divorce case involving obvious and documented domestic violence, where the only thing I was seeking was protection for myself and my 3 children. I ultimately did not get that, ended up in a DV shelter, where I was stalked to by the ex, and subsequently barred from the shelter system because of him. If Mr. Cook had done his job, I would have had an order of protection immediately, and my children and myself would not have to be living in fear of being found, to this day.
